Shipping policy

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer different shipping tiers to meet your needs. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or customs.

Tracked Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–10 Business Days

Priority Shipping

  • Processing Time: No Processing Time

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–8 Business Days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the shipment being processed. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@lunabody.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

5. Damages

Luna Body is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
